Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's whirlwind romance made headlines from the get-go after Chyna posted a picture of her and the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum on her Instagram in January 2016. Less than three months later, Kardashian — whose younger sister Kylie Jenner was in a full-on relationship with Chyna's ex, Tyga, at this point — popped the question to his new love, and just one month after their engagement, it was revealed that Chyna and Kardashian were expecting their first child together (via People).

In November of the same year, the couple — whose tumultuous relationship was documented on the E! Reality show, "Rob & Chyna" — welcomed their daughter, Dream Kardashian, into the world (via Us Weekly). Unfortunately, Kardashian and Chyna couldn't make things work with one another, and after multiple breakups, social media fights, and legal battles, the pair called it quits for good.

"I was trying to give her a chance," Kardashian said about Chyna during a 2018 disposition, which was part of a September 2017 civil suit over alleged battery and assault (via InTouch Weekly). "I only want a child with one woman, so I'm going to give this woman a chance. But, you know, it never — it just never reconciled. It just got worse. Everything just got worse."
