Before starting the PATROL Agent after PATROL for SAP HANA installation, you must copy the SAP HANA database client external jar file, ngdbc.jar from the SAP HANA monitoring studio located atSAP_HANA_ STUDIO_INSTALL_DIR\hdbclient\ngdbc.jar to the following directory, depending on the platform:

(Windows): %PATROL_HOME%\shm\bin\thirdParty

(UNIX): $PATROL_HOME/shm/bin/thirdParty
