Pokémon GO: How To Get Every Furfrou Form

Writer James Rogers

Furfrou is joining Pokémon GO during the Fashion Week event. This guide will show players how they can collect all its different forms.

Pokemon Go Furfrou Forms

Furfrou and its many forms will be making its Pokémon GO debut soon. This Pokémon is from the Kalos region originally joined the series back in Pokemon X and Y. The entire region of Kalos is based on France, and tons of the areas focus on trends and fashion. It's fitting that Pokémon GO would introduce Furfrou during its Fashion Week event. Furfrou does not just appear in its base form, but also in its many regional forms. Players looking to capture every possible Furfrou form have a lot of work to do.

The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event will take place from Tuesday, September 21 at 10 a.m. to Tuesday, September 28 at 8 p.m. local time. During this period, players will be able to find new forms of older Pokémon, like Sneasel wearing sunglasses and a beanie. As Pokémon GO slowly rolls out new Kalos Pokémon, Furfrou will be joining the game as well. Other Pokémon, like Butterfree and Blitzle, will receive new costumes, while Pokemon from last year's Fashion Week like Kirlia, Shinx, Shoochum, and Croagunk will return for this year's event.

Furfrou will be introduced into Pokémon GO with 10 different forms to collect. The thing that makes finding them so difficult is that some of these forms are location-locked to specific world regions. This is where each form can be found globally.

Every Furfrou Form in Pokémon GO

A pair of Furfrou, one red and one blue, appear in the Pokemon anime

  • Matron Trim: Available as a form change globally.
  • Dandy Trim: Available as a form change globally.
  • Debutante Trim: Available as a form change in the Americas.
  • Diamond Trim: Available as a form change in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Star Trim: Available as a form change in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • La Reine Trim: Available as a form change in France.
  • Kabuki Trim: Available as a form change in Japan.
  • Pharaoh Trim: Available as a Form change in Egypt.
  • Heart Trim: This form's method of collection has yet to be revealed. It will likely involve Pokémon GO's Buddy system since the title involves hearts.

Though these forms are region-specific and not immediately accessible to everyone, it's common for Pokémon GO to host events where regional exclusives are switched for a limited time. Alternatively, players can make friends with other players around the globe to help capture or trade for their forms and collect all 10.
