The mentioned $10.5 million house is located in the Jupiter Inlet Colony, complete with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 5,200 square feet property was built in 1963 and is equipped with stone and wood details. The Wiseman Group from San Francisco has worked on its interior, while the grounds were complete by Kurisu.

An interesting feature is a patio with mosquito misting, which comes with a free-form waterfall pool and a bar.
