Clint Eastwood walked his actress daughter Alison down the aisle on Friday.

The veteran actor proudly gave away his daughter to her sculptor fiance Stacy Poitras in an intimate evening ceremony in Calabasas, California.

The couple confirmed the news to People magazine on Saturday.

"We are thrilled to be surrounded by our family for this very special day and appreciate their love and support as we begin our married life together," the couple said.

Close friends and family gathered for the vows at Saddlepeak Lodge.

The bride, 40, wore a 1930s-inspired beaded gown by Les Habitudes.

Alison is Eastwood's daughter with his first wife, Maggie Johnson.

The 82-year-old actor has seven children with five different women and was joined by his wife, Dina, for the happy occasion.

Alison's siblings, jazz musician Kyle Eastwood and actor Scott Eastwood, as well as her sister, Kathryn, were also present.

Alison and Stacy announced their engagement last year.

Stacy is best-known for creating large-scale wooden sculptures with chainsaws and is the star of US reality show Chainsaw Gang.
