The opening moments of The Bad Batch shows the declaration of Order 66 and the death of Jedi Master Depa Billaba. This takes place at exactly the same time as other Jedi were murdered all over the galaxy, and while Anakin Skywalker and the 501st Battalion stormed the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. The Batch notices how different the other clones (or “regs,” as they call them) are acting, but continue with their work on Kamino. While this is all going on, Anakin is dueling Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar, and Master Yoda battles Palpatine in the Senate chamber.

It's confirmed that the first few episodes of The Bad Batch coincide with the events of Revenge of the Sith, considering that things like Padmé Amidala happened days after the declaration of Order 66. Additionally, Bail and Breha Organa brought home their adopted daughter Leia, and Obi-Wan Kenobi had to deliver Luke to his aunt and uncle on Tatooine. While these events happened fairly quickly, it still took several days for all of the pieces to fall into place, with early events of Clone Force 99's adventure interspersed.
