Flavor Flav's former assistant keeps his social media presence low-key. He's growing his limo business and enjoying his life out of the spotlight.

Fans of VH1's Flavor of Love will be pleased to know that Flavor Flav's towering assistant "Big Rick" (who goes by Ricky B. Head on social media) is living a life as cool as his demeanor on the show. Big Rick counteracted Flav's explosive presence with his calculated and effortless calm. He functioned as the regular guy in a dating competition filled with larger-than-life personalities. After Flav's show ended in 2008 and springboarded Rick's career, the professional chauffeur sustained a supremely chill profile. He continues to grow his business, even during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Flavor of Love blossomed in the aftermath of Flav's turbulent romance with actress Brigitte Nielsen. The dating show ran for three seasons and aired between 2006 and 2008. It offered outrageous moments from its very first episode, including Courtney "Goldie" Jackson's unforgettable champagne vomits. Flav's spur-of-the-moment nicknames for his suitors added iconic flair as well. There was reality star Tiffany "New York" Pollard and Brooke "Pumkin" Thompson, who once spit on "New York." Flavor Flav was also the first black lead on a program of this sort, announcing himself as the "Blackchelor" in season one. Flav was entertaining and the pyrotechnics of his love interests were also riveting. However, it was Big Rick who nonchalantly kept things together. The strikingly tall, always well-dressed bodyguard donned massive clocks on his arm that were distributed during eliminations. He also escorted Flav around in his slick ride.

Fast-forward to 2021... Big Rick still displays the professionalism and efficiency that made him a staple on the series. He runs his very own limo business while keeping a low profile on social media. He doesn't have millions of followers, verified accounts, or even a running list of IMDb credits. Reality stars sometimes need assistance, and Big Rick was always there for Flavor Flav. There was no thirst for the camera's gaze in Big Rick. It highlights his high school and college experience, his full scholarship for basketball at Jacksonville University, and his passion for "transportation and security since 1983." Big Rick's most prominent legacy is his luxury transportation business, Head Limo, which he helms alongside his wife, Ursula. Based in Las Vegas, the service originally catered to the local nightclub scene but gradually turned to the corporate world. Rick made this change so he could "work smarter and not harder," according to the Head Limo website. The business's website showcases Rick's reality fame and extensive celebrity connections, while also detailing his chauffeur experience, the service's specific uses, and local publications that have talked about his business.

Big Rick infuses Head Limo with passion and fun, so he's continuing the legacy he established on the VH1 series. Like former champion "Deelishis" Chandra Davis, Rick has moved on from Flavor of Love and is flourishing personally and professionally. Big Rick i.e. Ricky B. Head is a shining example of post-reality TV success. He's fulfilled his dreams without selling out. He's woven his former celebrity status into his craft.
