What We Do in the Shadows season 4's first trailer sees the vampires, Guillermo, and Baby Colin Robinson partying it up like never before.

A new teaser trailer for What We Do in the Shadows season 4 is here, and it finds the vampires partying like never before. FX's satirical, biting mockumentary about the lives of four offbeat vampires - Nandor (Kayvan Novak), Laszlo (Matt Berry), Nadja (Natasia Demetriou), and Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch) - and their long-suffering familiar Guillermo (Harvey Guillén), What We Do in the Shadows is a televised expansion of Jermaine Clement and Taika Waititi's eponymous franchise which began with a cult-favorite film of the same name in 2014. Over the past three seasons, the show has become a thing of its own, landing critical acclaim and Emmy nods for its cast and writing.

What We Do in the Shadow season 4 is also on its way as a part of FX's summer slate. The first two episodes will drop on July 12, 2022, with subsequent episodes airing every Tuesday. The season 3 finale shook up the character dynamics quite a bit, and now season 4 is expected to pick up from where the previous show had left off. As viewers saw last summer, at the end of season 3, only Laszlo remained behind at the house to take care of the baby version of Colin Robison, while all of his roommates, including Nandor, Guillermo, and Nadja went their separate ways in pursuit of different goals. Now, a new video teases what can expected from the forthcoming season 4.

This sneak peek at What We Do in the Shadows' upcoming season 4 comes via FX. In the new clip, the vampires are going all out and painting the town red at a nightclub. Nandor is looking for a hookup, while Laszlo is balancing between living his life and his newfound parenting duties. Interestingly, Kristen Schaal is also back as a regular after being promoted from guest in season 1 to recurring in season 3. As previously revealed in the synopsis for What We Do in the Shadows season 4, the new season will see the vampires return to Staten Island only to realize that their mansion has fallen into significant disrepair. A hilarious touch of home improvement will then ensue, while Nadja realizes her dream of opening the hippest nightclub in the Tri-state area. Nandor will finally find love, though Guillermo will be at a crossroads after having to choose between his family and friends.

Clearly, as the new trailer promises, a lot of crazy fun awaits audiences in season 4 of What We Do in the Shadows. Of course, fans have already been promised new mythical creatures, a menagerie of colorful guest stars, and exotic locales, but even apart from that, it appears there is a lot of whacky stuff in store for audiences when the new season kicks off. Additionally, with only a little over a month left until the next iteration of What We Do in the Shadows premieres, a lot more promotional material can be expected to surface in the coming days.
