The New York real estate industry evidently needed no time to ease into the work week after the holiday weekend: CityRealty shows that 606 new listings came on the market in the past week. Median prices of $1.905 million for condos and $799K for co-ops might look daunting, but there are bargains to be found among the high-priced listings. The following Manhattan apartments all come in under $1 million, under $1,000 per square foot, and well below the neighborhood median price for similar units.
