The Bachelor's Demi Burnett Wants To Become A WWE Superstar

In a recent conversation with Pro Wrestling Sheet, The Bachelor's Demi Burnett, 25, said she’d like to be a WWE Superstar. The reality star, who has appeared on WWE for several weeks now, taking part in segments with Angel Garza and Ivar of The Viking Raiders, says she started working with the promotion after her agent got a phone call from the company.
WWE wanted Burnett to audition at the Performance Center. She was ecstatic since she’d always dreamed of being a wrestler. “I was like, 'What?!' This is so random. In the middle of quarantine. I'm like, 'What is happening to me?!' I was super stoked about it," she said.

After her audition, Burnett was cast in a segment with Garza on RAW. She said the third-generation wrestler made her feel comfortable. At the moment, Burnett is only working for WWE on a per-appearance basis, yet she wouldn’t mind getting in the ring soon. She admits, though, that she’d need some training first.
Burnett said she realized that wrestling is much more demanding after seeing it up close, adding that she’s up for the challenge. She also said she’s already made friends with Lana, Natalya, Ricochet and WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Nia Jax behind the scenes.
After being eliminated as a contestant during week 6 of season 23 of The Bachelor by Colton Underwood, Burnett appeared on season six of Bachelor in Paradise in August 2019. During the first episode, she revealed that she had been dating Kristian Haggerty, who joined the show soon thereafter. The couple, the franchise's first same-sex on-air relationship, got engaged during the season finale but broke up in October 2019.
It’s unclear what WWE’s plans for Burnett might be. Right now, she seems to be in a love triangle with Garza and Ivar, who was one half of War Machine, during his time in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW) and Ring of Honor (ROH), where he won the IWGP Tag Team Championship and the ROH World Tag Team Championship. On January 16, 2018, he signed a contract with WWE and reported to the WWE Performance Center.
