The caption read, “@WWERollins closes 2023 as the only @WWE Superstar to have been on every PPV of the calendar year.” Rollins started the year with his appearance on Royal Rumble where he finished in the final four alongside rival Cody Rhodes. He followed it up with an appearance in an Elimination Chamber match and then proceeded to fight Logan Paul at WrestleMania.

At Night of Champions, he won the newly introduced WWE World Heavy Weight Championship. The remainder of the year saw him defend his newly won title against the odds of talented superstars like Finn Balor, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Drew McIntyre amidst his ailing back causing him concern.

He finished the year with a banger performance in a Survivor Series match that also saw the return of CM Punk. Punk’s return also signaled the beginning of a new rivalry for Seth Rollins as the new year begins.

On the contrary, Cody Rhodes and LA Knight, two other top baby faces in WWE, have appeared in lesser PPVs/PLEs. While Rhodes missed Elimination Chamber, Knight was relevant after SummerSlam.
