In a February 2022 interview with Us Weekly, Fitzgerald admitted that she only saw Quinn once during her pregnancy, elaborating, "She came in[to] the office and that was the only time I ever, ever saw her pregnant. But, I mean, she was [pregnant]." The reality star also confessed, "I can see why people would say [she wasn't] because she was so tiny just with this perfect little bump. And then she was right back to her normal size within, like, a day."

"As far as I know, she really did [deliver her baby]," Fitzgerald ultimately said. "She really was pregnant, but we don't talk and I don't really see her. So I couldn't say one way or the other."

Oddly in September of last year, Quinn told Hello! about the status of her strained relationship with Fitzgerald, "I think for headline purposes things get amped up a little bit, but at the end of the day we're a family. There's no negative animosity towards each other, it's just on the show we like to get into it and have fun, but at the end of the day we're still all really close."
