Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti have been nothing if not public about their romance, including both incorporating it into their wrestling personas and posting heavily to social media. After posting engagement photos from Paris in June, they wasted little time in actually tying the knot this past weekend. The gathering included a number of wrestling personalities from AEW and beyond on the guest list and wrestling-related moments.

Given Sammy Guevara and Tay Conti are not only professional wrestlers by profession, but met and got together as a couple via the business, it’s little surprise they’d have their share of coworkers in attendance at the wedding. One of the more noteworthy guests was AEW owner Tony Khan. Video clips of him on the dance floor at the wedding reception, shoulder to shoulder with Guevara and Conti made the rounds on Twitter coming out of the weekend. Additionally, TMZ reports WWE Superstar Nikki A.S.H. was among Conti’s bridesmaids.

Sammy Guevera And Tay Conti Sang Along To Chris Jericho’s Song At Their Reception

After the Sammy Guevara-Tay Conti wedding, a video made it to social media of the two of them singing along to Chris Jericho’s entrance theme, “Judas in My Mind” by Fozzy, in animated fashion at the reception. The choice to pay tribute to Jericho was little surprise given how intertwined Guevara’s AEW career his been with Jericho, first as part of the Inner Circle and now the Jericho Appreciation Society faction. Jericho retweeted one video, calling their performance amazing.

While Guevara and Conti’s over-the-top public displays of affection have contributed to their heel personas in AEW, it’s nonetheless good to see a cast of wrestling community members come together to celebrate the happy couple. Congratulations to them on what appears to have been joyous celebration for their wedding.
