Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar At WrestleMania Is On The Table (Just Not This Year)
Owen Barnes
Another match between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns is in the pipeline, but it won't be happening for a while yet.
On paper, Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar's rivalry wasn't one many fans tend to remember all that fondly. That's largely due to the fact that for the majority of the time they were clashing heads, Lesnar was champion and would disappear for months at a time. When The Beast is around and the two are actually in the ring, the matches between the pair have been pretty special.
Special matches or not, there probably aren't many fans who are keen to see Lesnar return anytime soon. Even though he is currently a free agent, it's expected that he will return to WWE at some point. If Wrestling Observer Radio is anything to go by, when Lesnar does return, he may well slip right back into a rivalry with The Big Dog.

Apparently, WWE has already discussed having Reigns and Lesnar face off again at WrestleMania. Don't panic, not this year's WrestleMania, but one in the future. Perhaps next year or maybe even the year after. With locations announced for the next three WrestleManias, chances are WWE is already considering what matches and Superstars will fill the cards.
Should Lesnar and Reigns face off at WrestleMania for the third time, they would be breathing rarified air. Other arch-rivals that have battled on The Grandest Stage of Them All three times include The Rock and Stone Cold, and Triple H and The Undertaker. Lesnar and Reigns' first WrestleMania clash was crashed by a Seth Rollins cash-in. Lesnar won the second Mania match between the two three years later.
There's a built-in angle ready and waiting for whenever Lesnar does decide to return too. Paul Heyman aligning himself with The Big Dog. Chances are Lesnar won't like that, and Heyman may be forced to make a painful decision. We're not sure how it would pan out exactly, but if a third Mania match between the two does happen, you can bet Heyman will be at the center of it all.
