The Knowledge Management Approver role is the sole functional role that is provided by BMC Helix ITSM: Knowledge Management. The Knowledge Management Approver role enables you to receive approval requests for publishing, canceling, and retiring knowledge articles that you can approve or reject in Approval Central.
