Select units have private balconies and private terraces.

The penthouse-level Residents Club features wine and spirits storage, custom billiards and poker tables, a lounge with a fireplace, and a private dining room and demonstration kitchen. It is surrounded by a landscaped terrace with an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor screening area, and views of Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.
