The trailer of Naga Chaitanya's first streaming project, Dhootha has been unveiled on his birthday today. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the series consists of eight episodes and features Parvathy Thiruvothu, Prachi Desai, and Priya Bhavani Shankar in important roles.

As per the official synopsis, the series follows journalist Sagar whose life turns thrilling as he unravels dark secrets behind newspapers predicting tragedies. He becomes a murder suspect, racing against time to clear his name and solve the mystery while facing dangerous threats. Suspense builds in this roller-coaster ride.

In the trailer, viewers are given a sneak peek into the life of journalist Sagar, portrayed by Naga Chaitanya. A significant change occurs when he starts noticing newspaper clippings that eerily predict mysterious accidents happening to those in his vicinity. As an investigative journalist, Sagar's abilities are challenged as he must uncover a solution to prevent these events from occurring.

Dhootha is a Telugu-language supernatural thriller series set to premier on December 1, 2023, on OTT.
