Description of Cyborg (Victor Stone):

Victor Stone is a former star pupil and athlete from Detroit and the son of STAR Labs scientist, Silas Stone. Following an explosion that left him with fatal injuries, his father saved his life by using a Fatherbox, which fused with his body. After coming to terms with his condition, Victor adopted the codename Cyborg and joined the Outsiders.
