  • The longer time goes on, the more and more this list keeps expanding. By the month, AEW continues producing match of the year candidates and all-time classics, and that is no different over the last six months and into 2024. The backlog of classics in AEW is getting beyond ridiculous considering the promotion has only been around for five years, but that is a testament to the strict focus on in-ring work and telling stories inside the confines of the ropes. With the incredible roster on hand, it is no surprise that the company continues to put forth insane matches and memorable moments.

For a company that produces, on a weekly basis, incredible in-ring action as its main drawing force, it is incredibly difficult to narrow their best ever AEW matches over the last four years down to just ten. With top stars like Kenny Omega, Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley, and Adam Page stealing the show in the singles division, with others like the Young Bucks tearing up the tag team scene, there is a lot to shout about in terms of in-ring quality.
