Married At First Sightseason 13's Bao Huong Hoang and Zack Freeman tried a relationship after their initial marriages didn't work, but are they still together? Bao was originally married to Johnny Lam in a MAFS first, a man she'd met previously. In prior seasons of the series, the relationships between the cast members began when they met their partners at the altar. Johnny and Bao, however, had met during their years in college and already knew each other upon getting married. Though they thought this might help their relationship, it ultimately made things tougher for them in the long run.

Zack met Michaela Clark when she walked down the aisle on Married At First Sight season 13. The couple had a bumpy ride, with Zack being quarantined for COVID-19 during their honeymoon and the passing of Michaela's father putting a wrench in their marriage. Both couples decided to say "no" on Decision Day, effectively ending their marriages and making them MAFS failures. Zack and Bao got to know each other during the filming of MAFS season 13. They eventually decided to try a relationship of their own. The pair discussed their connection and even shared footage of their relationship during a special, and seemed happy together.

Bao & Zack Split Shortly After They Started Dating

Although Zack and Bao were shown during the Married At First Sight season 13, Where Are They Now? special, as happy and stable, their relationship did not last for long after they started dating. The pair didn't start dating until four months after MAFS season 13 finished filming and spent a few months settling into their relationship before things began to splinter. It seems Zack and Bao's relationship was short-lived, ending only a few months after it began. Though the pair was shown agreeing during MAFS: Where Are They Now? that they wouldn't be dating anyone else, it seems their arrangement was far from exclusive.

Zack Cheated On Bao

According to an interview given to Little Black Book 91, Zack admitted to cheating on both his MAFS exes, his ex-wife Michaela and Bao, with multiple women. During the lengthy interview, Elena Guevara shared that Zack cheated on her during his time on Married At First Sight and afterward while he was beginning a relationship with Bao. Though he claimed he was being faithful to all three women, it turned out that he was also sleeping with other women at the time. When the information came to light for Elena, she checked in with Bao, and the women compared notes before they both ended things with Zack.

While Zack seemed like a nice guy on Married At First Sight season 13, his true character came to light after the season aired. After cheating on a woman he was attempting marriage with, then a girlfriend he claimed he was exclusive with, Zack's behavior caused many to understand his true nature. For Bao, who has had a difficult time in relationships surrounding MAFS, her chance with Zack seemed like a new beginning. Sadly for the Married At First Sight star, things didn't work out between the two.
