10 Things Bray Wyatt Never Accomplished In WWE

Writer Daniel Davis

Bray Wyatt has been signed to WWE since all the way back in 2009, with it being fourteen years since his FCW debut as a developmental talent. In that time he has done a fair amount of different things, from wrestling in The Nexus to creating the Bray Wyatt character to even getting his release and coming back.

In that time though, there have been a whole host of accomplishments and milestones he has yet to compete. Whether it be certain match types, accolades, championships, or more, there are quite a few things he still has not done in WWE, and may never do so at this rate.

10 Compete In Money In The Bank

Money In The Bank briefcase

Bray Wyatt hasn’t even competed in a Money in the Bank ladder match, let alone won one. Wyatt is someone who would’ve been a great candidate for the briefcase earlier on in his career, with him offering something different that could’ve made the gimmick entertaining.

However, he has never had the honor of calling himself Mr. Money in the Bank. In fact, his list of matches at the namesake PPV are short, with him only competing at two of the events during his decade-long stint on the main roster under the Wyatt gimmick.

9 “Real” WrestleMania Victory

Bray Wyatt has battled some of the all-time greats at WrestleMania, facing the likes of John Cena, Randy Orton, and The Undertaker, but he has never actually scored a proper victory at the event.

His Firefly Funhouse Match with John Cena at WrestleMania 36 was technically a “win”, but it was in a cinematic setting and came with him counting the pinfall himself. It wasn’t a proper match, and aside from that he has lost at every turn.

8 King Of The Ring

Much like with Money in the Bank, Bray Wyatt hasn’t competed in a King of the Ring tournament, so has never even had the chance of winning one. In truth though, this is probably for the best.

Not only has there been no memorable King of the Ring winners for well over a decade in WWE, but the whole gimmick of being “King” couldn’t be further away from the whole Bray Wyatt character and gimmick. It would be jarring to say the least.

7 Intercontinental Championship

Bray Wyatt is someone who debuted on the main roster and found himself mostly wandering around the main event scene, or at least in the upper midcard regions. He never found himself in the mix of midcard titles, so never ended up becoming Intercontinental Champion.

The only instances in which Wyatt even challenged for the iconic belt came when he fought both Ryback and Dean Ambrose for the title on the house show circuit in 2015, per cagematch.net.

6 Winning A Title In NXT

The Bray Wyatt character was unearthed in the early days of NXT when it was transformed into WWE’s brand-new developmental system. He enlisted the Wyatt Family and became a notable act in the early days of the brand, though he didn’t win a title down in NXT.

Luke Harper and Erick Rowan would become the NXT Tag Team Champions, but the closest Wyatt got to a belt was when he came up short in a number one contenders battle royal, which was won by none other than his own real life brother, Bo Dallas.

5 Slammy Award

A lot of wrestlers have won Slammy Awards, but Bray Wyatt isn’t one of them. “Match of the Year”, “Rivalry of the Year”, “OMG Moment”, and so on and so forth have all been awarded each year, and Wyatt hasn’t managed to earn himself an award win.

He was in contention for a few, such as in 2013 with “Breakout Star”, “Faction of the Year”, and even “Beard of the Year”, but has failed each time. The only time he actually won a yearly award was when WWE brought an end to the Slammys, with him winning “Male Wrestler of the Year” in 2019 at WWE’s “Year-End Awards”.

4 United States Championship

As noted with the Intercontinental Championship, Bray Wyatt hasn’t spent a whole lot of time in the midcard scene, even though he could have perhaps elevated one of WWE’s two midcard belts with his name value.

Again, much like the IC Title, Wyatt’s conquests for the United States Championship were confined to the house show circuit. In 2014, he battled Sheamus on several occasions in an unsuccessful attempt at the title.

3 Triple Crown & Grand Slam

Due to Bray Wyatt never winning the Intercontinental Championship or United States Championship, it means he hasn’t been able to find himself added to the illustrious list of those who are WWE Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champions.

Wyatt has won the WWE Championship, won the Universal Championship on two occasions, and the SmackDown Tag Team Championships alongside Randy Orton, but unfortunately he hasn’t got the wider credentials to earn the right to call himself a Triple Crown or Grand Slam winner.

2 Royal Rumble Victory

Bray Wyatt has competed in five Royal Rumble matches throughout his career, starting off when he wrestled as Husky Harris in the 2011 Rumble, and lastly in 2018 when he had his last Rumble appearance.

However, he has never managed to win the iconic match. He was in the final six in 2015 and 2016, but the closest he came to winning was in 2017 when he finished in third place, getting thrown out by Roman Reigns.

1 WrestleMania Main Event

Not only was Bray Wyatt’s only WrestleMania “win” coming with an asterisk, he has also never main evented the massive event. Wyatt is a multi-time world champion, an incredibly popular name, a major merch seller, and has main evented other PPVs, but WWE has never seen him as someone who could main event a show on the scale as WrestleMania.

Wyatt’s best chance came in 2017 when he defended the WWE Championship against Randy Orton, but the show was instead main evented by Undertaker and Roman Reigns.
